Woden recently decided to take up a contract with yell.com for inclusion their directory. We were first offered by the sales representative a £43/month package guaranteeing first selection when a request for Internet Services came in. We thought that was too much even for such a guaranteed service so we opted for second best that guaranteed a second listing for just over £20.
It turns out this is a load of rubbish as it does not work at all. On contacting Yell , the door has been shut in our face when we complained and we attach all the correspondnece we had with them to date. The last communication came in today telling us that the subject is closed. We let you, the remote yell manager or you the public to judge the merits of the case.
