- When the subscriber volume passes the 4week volume threshold, the end user will experience lower speed (maximum 64kbps download/16Kbps upload for all the packages with low priority) and only FTP, HTTP, POP3/SMTP, IMAP and DNS on UDP will be guaranteed.
- During the night from 11PM till 5AM (GMT) only 50% of the volume is taken into account
- A volume booster system allows the user being FAPed or exceeding the contractual volume to order additional volume.
- Communication between user terminals is not allowed.
- Skylogic has the right to block incoming/outcoming connection in case of force majeure to preserve service integrity.
